As a seasoned bodywork specialist and an lmt for ten years, I provide healing using a variety of modalities tailored to each individual client. There is an art to re-balancing the body through therapeutic application that brings more movement which improves better range of motion and decreased pain. Specializing in Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Trigger point and Myofascial Release techniques. I also incorporate aromatherapy, hot towels, organic lotions (you will not leave greasy) all on my over-sized heated massage table. Hot and cold therapy and stretching techniques are offered if desired. Guaranteed you will leave refreshed and have better mobility.

$180/90 minute massage (Combo Deep tissue/Swedish & Stretching included)
$230/120 minute massage (30min Thai stretching/yoga session included)
